Switcha is a crypto exchange platform that allows users to easily swap their cryptocurrencies and perform peer-to-peer services. The platform is designed to cater to Africans and can be likened to Binance.
The development of Switcha's admin backend was a crucial aspect of the platform's creation. It was recognized that while users are the primary focus of most platforms, the admin end is often neglected. Therefore, special care was taken to create a unique and beautiful experience for admins so that they could perform their tasks with ease and joy.
In order to achieve this goal, extensive research was conducted. Q&A sessions with staff from similar organizations to Switcha were held, as they are the target users of the admin backend user interface. Additionally, an in-depth study of other platforms' admin backends was carried out. The insights gained from these research efforts were used to design a functional and aesthetically pleasing admin backend.
The result of the research and effort dedicated to the admin backend is a user interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate. Admins can perform their tasks with ease, thanks to the platform's thoughtful design. Furthermore, the admin backend is equipped with robust security features, ensuring that sensitive information is always protected.
One of the key features of the admin backend is the ability to quickly and easily access important information, such as user data and transaction details. This allows staff members to stay on top of any issues that may arise and quickly resolve them, ensuring that Switcha's users have a positive experience on the platform.
In conclusion, Switcha's focus on creating a unique and beautiful experience for the admin backend has paid off in spades. The resulting backend is intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing, making it easy for staff members to perform their duties with ease and even find joy in the process. With a strong focus on user experience, Switcha is poised to become the go-to crypto exchange platform for Africans.

Trade page: each trade has a dedicated page where you can view full information about the trade, the history since the trades inception, and any chats related to or user related to the trade can also be accessed easily from this page, this makes any dispute-solving easy and seamless
